This four piece stainless steel scraper set is the perfect tool for removing unwanted milling marks and other unwanted blemishes, obtaining a smooth surface. Ideal for working figured wood, hard wood and other exotic wood. When used on hardwood, these cabinet scrapers will leave a smooth surface without the tedium and expense of sandpaper. Scraping produces a cleaner finish than sanding and does not clog the pores of the wood with dust or leave a fuzz of torn fiber. The set includes four 2-1/2”x6”, one 0.4mm, one 0.6mm, one 0.8mm and one 1.mm in thickness.

The rectangular scraper is used to manually remove small amounts of material and excels in tricky grain areas where hand planes would cause tear out on general surfaces.
