The goal of Cabinhouse8 Co., Ltd. is to get your order shipped to you as fast as possible. Except for special reasons, you will receive your order within 5 business days after you place it. (Main island of Taiwan ONLY)

˙Shipping Method - Logistics solutions (HCT), home delivery (Taiwan Pelican Express Co., LTD.), cash on delivery.
˙Shipping Charges - Shipping charges differ depending upon the size and weight of the parcel. If the total amount of your order equals or exceeds NT$3,000, your order will automatically qualify for FREE SHIPPING. (Main island of Taiwan ONLY)
˙Shipping Times - Normally it will take around 2-7 business days once you place your order. However, it depends upon the stock status; we will contact you if there's a problem with your order.
˙Your Orders - Once you have placed your order successfully you will receive an automatic order confirmation email.
˙Receipt - All product prices are taxes included. Your receipt will not be sent along with your purchase, it will be sent to you on the next business day after the 7 Day Satisfaction Guarantee period. If you'd like your company’s name or Unified Business No. printed on the receipt, please kindly provide relevant information when you place your order.

Freight will be quoted separately for orders to other countries and offshore islands of Taiwan. Orders to offshore islands of Taiwan will be shipped through Chunghwa Post's Domestic Parcel Service; we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Shipping Times
The goods will be delivered within 2 - 5 business days once we have received your order. If your order includes an out-of-stock item or pre-order item, you will be contacted via telephone and/or email by Cabinhouse8 Co., Ltd..
 
Note: We don't deliver goods on weekends and/or holidays. If the order is placed after the deadline, your order will be delivered the following business day.
The deadline of Cabinhouse8 Co., Ltd. is Mon- Fri 5PM (local time), any order placed after the deadline will be delivered the next business day. The actual shipping date will be modified according to your order status, it may delay or advance. Once the order has been placed, please be sure that you will be notified of its arrival via email.

If you would like to return the items, please contact us and make sure that any items you would like to return are in a saleable, unworn and undamaged condition in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt, we will arrange to come and pick them up from your house. If you have any questions after 7 days, please contact our Customer Service Team. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.

Note: 7 Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not free trial. We refund the price of the item only, freight is not included.

1. How do I use Membership Rewards points at Cabinhouse8.com?
Customers with Cabinhouse8 Membership Card may shop with available Membership Rewards points and check the balance in their account. 
Please contact our Customer Service if you have any questions.
If the total amount of your order equals or exceeds NT$3,000, your order will automatically qualify for FREE SHIPPING. (Main island of Taiwan ONLY) If the total amount of your order is less than NT$3,000 after using your Membership Rewards points, the freight (NT$150) will still be charged. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Examples:
Apply Membership Rewards 200 points to your NT$2,000 order, the total amount you will pay is (NT$2,000-NT$200 points)+NT$150 freight = NT$1,950.
Apply Membership Rewards 700 points to your NT$500 order, the total amount you will pay is (NT$500-NT$500 points)+NT$150 freight = NT$150, points balance 200.
Apply Membership Rewards 3,000 points to your NT$3,000 order, the total amount you will pay is (NT$3,000-NT$3,000 points)+NT$150 freight = NT$150.
2. If the total amount of my order equals or exceeds NT$3,000, no matter the size, all will be FREE SHIPPING? 
Yes. As long as your destination is on the main island of Taiwan, it will be FREE SHIPPING if the total amount of your order equals or exceeds NT$3,000. Except for wood (pen blanks excluded) and some large items. (e.g. large power tools)
For some special items, we add a note separately on the product page.
*Note: The FREE SHIPPING of your order will be qualified based on the final amount after applying your Membership Rewards points and discounts.
3. Do you offer group discounts for books?
Please call or e-mail our Customer Service if you would like to purchase a large quantity of books. If you would like to place a special order, we also offer "Buy-on-your-Behalf" Service. However, it cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount. And the freight will be charged.
4. Can we choose the colors we want for Wood Filler 250g Set for 2 Color (item #90137)?
Wood Filler 250g Set for 2 Color (item #90137) is our special offer, including 1 natural color and 1 Australian Cypress/Teak. It is only sold as set, please purchase item #90050 or #90051 separately if you want same color.

Receipts 
1. My parcel has arrived without a receipt, why?
Your receipt will not be sent along with your purchase, it will be sent to you on the next business day after the 7 Day Satisfaction Guarantee period. If you need the receipt ASAP, please be sure that there is no further return/refund needed and call us at +886 4-2563-3000. We will send it to you shortly.
2. How to make a return within the 7 Day Satisfaction Guarantee period without a receipt?
If you would like to return your purchase within the 7 Day Satisfaction Guarantee period, please contact us and make sure that any items you would like to return are in a saleable, unworn and undamaged condition in its original packaging, we will arrange to come and pick them up from your house. 
3. What can I do if I receive a receipt printed incorrect company’s name/Unified Business No., or a receipt without any information?
Please provide the relevant information (Company’s name/Unified Business No.) and return the receipt before the end of the month, we will send a reprinting receipt to you shortly.
4. What will you do with the receipt I don't want?
All taxes are included in product prices, so we will collect those unwanted receipts once 2 months and give them away.

Order Tracking
1. How to check my order status?
Log in and click "Order Tracking/History", and you will see your order status.
2. Can I cancel or revise my order (items, quantities...) after it has been confirmed?
Please call our Customer Service Team if you would like to cancel or revise your order. We will help you cancel your order first so that you may place a new order. However, if your order has been packed, unfortunately we won't be able to cancel or revise it.

Availability
1. When can I get the out-of-stock items?
If an item is out of stock, you will see the "Add to Cart" button shows "Notify when available" instead. Just click it and our system will send a notification to you via e-mail chronologically when the item is back in stock. Once you receive the e-mail, just log in and click on "Notify-When-Available Items" to place your order.

1. What are the benefits to have a Membership Card? 
Once you have a Membership Card, you can earn Membership Rewards points, (Earn 1 point for NT$100 spent on our prodcuts, 1 point is equal to NT$1) 5% off for your purchase (except for power tools), plus free 100 points on your birthday!
2. How to get a Membership Card?
If the total amount of ONE order equals or exceeds NT$10,000 (except for power tools), you will have our Membership Card (worth NT$500) for free! From your next purchase, you may shop with points and enjoy all the Membership benefits! (Free birthday points, 5% off..., etc.)
You may also purchase our Membership Card (Item #00004) separately for NT$500.
3. If it's a promotional item, can I still get my membership discount?
Yes. If it's a promotional item, you may still get 5% off and shop with points. You may earn Membership Rewards points for your purchase as well.
4. How can I get/use my Membership Rewards points?
You'll earn 1 point for each NT$100 spent. (except for power tools) 1 point can be used as NT$1 for your next purchase. Membership Rewards points can only be used for the price of our product (except for power tools), not for the freight.

Electric tool warranty:
We warrants the electric tool to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one(1) year from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

This warranty does not apply to :
(1)Normal wear and tear, corrosion, abrasion, or repairs required due to natural causes or acts of God.
(2)Items that would be consumed or require replacement due to normal wear.
(3)The cost of removal of components if such removal is authorized by Cabinhouse8.
(4)Shipment to the Cabinhouse8 repair facility.
(5)Reinstallation of parts removed for warranty service.

This warranty is null and void if the product has been subjected to :
(1)Misuse, abuse, improper service, or improper storage.
(2)Damage resulting from accident, neglect, or other circumstances beyond Cabinhouse8 control.
(3)Modifications, disassembly, tampering, alterations, or repairs made outside of Cabinhouse8 facilities without Cabinhouse8 authorization.
(4)Removal of the original serial-number tag.
