All of our inlays are produced in the USA, utilizing the finest exotic and domestic hardwoods.
Use for cutting all types of materials including wood, plastic, wax, non-ferrous metals, plaster, bone, horn, etc.
These blades have the same performance characteristics as our skip tooth fret saw blades with the added benefit of reverse teeth for a smooth, splinter free finish on top and bottom surfaces.
Unique tooth design allows the blade to cut on both the up and downstroke. Cuts a little slower for more control, which is especially useful in delicate fretwork.
Skip tooth blades are available in more sizes than any other type Olson scroll saw blade.
For minimum material thickness of 3/32", minimum metal thickness of .100". These are the only metal cutting blades made specifically for power scroll saws.
For minimum material thickness of 1/8", minimum metal thickness of .120". These are the only metal cutting blades made specifically for power scroll saws. Jewelers or metal piercing blades are for use in hand held frames due to inherent brittleness.
These blades are preferred by many scroll saw users. They are easy to distinguish from our regular skip tooth fret saw blades as having two teeth together followed by a flat space for efficient chip removal.
