The 180mm DOZUKI Saws are designed for the finest cuts in both hard and soft woods. With The fine trapezoid teeth they are especially suited for making dovetail joints and other wood joints. Shorter than the standard version of the GYOKUCHO DOZUKI, it will fit in most tool boxes. This saw has a conventional stiffener along its length and cuts with the traditional Japanese pull stroke . The cutting edge is impulsed hardened to HV900-1200 for extended wear. If the blade ever becomes dull or damaged, it can be easily replaced by loosening the integrated locking of the featured comfortable Eva Grip handle.
